Built for you.
Built with you.

I'm building UNIO to serve you.
Literally.

HEAR CAE’S SHORT INTRODUCTION
A different relationship

Make the system work for the people who make it work.

UNIO is a business designed to serve the people who make it possible — the customers and the workforce. If we make a profit, it should be shared between them.

Useful products
and services

To solve real needs.

Shared profits

50% for participating customers. 50% for participating workers.

More opportunities

To build, contribute and grow within UNIO.

A stronger system

That serves people better as it grows.

The founder

A person behind
the promise.

I'm Cae, the founder of UNIO.

I'm building something I believe should exist: a business designed to serve the people who make it possible.

My responsibility is to establish the system, protect its principles and make sure its promises become more than words.

I don't expect you to believe in me simply because I say so. I intend to earn your confidence through what we actually accomplish together.

— Cae

A business with a purpose

Commercially successful and designed to benefit the people who make it possible.

Accountability

Clear rules, proper structures and a long-term commitment to its principles.

Built for the long term

Not a quick profit. A system that grows by serving people, and serves people better as it grows.
